Meditating in the New Year

Join us as we start the year with rest and peace in mind. The beginning of the year allows us to recommit to habits, spaces, and community that nurture and uplift us. This is also a season of rest and meditation, to reflect and rise. We invite our queer people of color to join us as we begin this year with an hour-long quiet space with guided meditation, mindful breathing, and positive intention-setting.
Please feel free to have with you any accessories that make you feel supported, such as, but not limited to, yoga mats, rugs, throws, and pillows. We also encourage folks to wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement and breathing.
