Priscilla A. Hale, MSW is currently the Director of allgo and has been with the organization since 1998. She has extensive experience in the areas of community organizing, production of cultural work, nonprofit administration, program development, and implementation. She is an East Austin, Texas native who identifies as a Black Lesbian, partner, mother, daughter, sister and grannie Cilla. She earned her Masters of Social Work Degree from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, TX, and her Bachelor’s Degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX.

- Mary González currently serves as a State Representative for El Paso County, as well as the Founder of Izel Consulting, a Leadership and Diversity Consulting Firm. Mary received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters Degree from St. Edward’s University. Currently, she is pursuing her Doctoral degree in Curriculum and Instruction-Cultural Studies in Education at UT-Austin.
- Jose Juan Lara, Jr. is a Trainer at Casa de Esperanza: National Latin@ Network Project. He has been involved in the movement against gender violence since 1999 in Texas and has facilitated workshops at national, state, and local conferences on crisis intervention, systems advocacy for victims of family and sexual violence, and LGBTQ victims of interpersonal violence. J.J. serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Victim Services Association as well as allgo. J.J. holds Master degrees in Sociology and Public Safety with specialization in Criminal Justice.
- Jerry Richard currently serves as Board Secretary for allgo. He currently lives in Dallas, TX, and works in social media. Jerry loves to share new music and you find out what he’s listening to at his blog, Groove Loves Melody.
