The Network aims to:

- Nurture and sustain relationships and alliances amongst divers organizers across Texas. These efforts will support local and regional work.

- Create an infrastructure for rapid mobilization of communities across the state in order to respond to pressing issues affecting our communities on the local, statewide, national and international levels.

- Establish Support Teams comprised of activists seasoned in an array of areas, such as non-profit management, grassroots organizing, etc. These teams will support local organizing through sharing of ideas, experiences and strategizing.

- Pay particular attention to university and college campus organizing as a key component in responding to issues.

- Establish a statewide queer youth of color leadership development program aimed at fostering leadership among youth and working collectively as we respond to the issues affecting our communities
