Based on a desire to create the world we seek, allgo challenges traditional hierarchical models and operates through a leadership collective. Through this structure staff are equally paid, share responsibilities, and are mutually accountable and supportive.
Priscilla A. Hale, LMSW has been with allgo since 1998. Priscilla is a native East Austinite. She currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development. Priscilla has served in many capacities with the organization including as Interim Executive Director and Director of Case Management services. Priscilla is a skilled community organizer and project implementer. Her knowledge and contacts in the community are expansive.
Rose Pulliam, MSW comes with more than 20 years of experience doing local, state and national work on domestic violence issues. Rose also has extensive organizational development and community organizing experience. Rose is a skilled policy and project designer and implementer. Most recently she orchestrated the operational launch of the National Teen Dating Abuse Helpline.
Carre R. L. Adams comes to allgo with more than nine years experience as a community organizer and advocate for social and economic justice. He is the newest addition to allgo’s team, serving as the Director of Community Organizing where he will be responsible for sustaining and expanding our statewide QPOC network of organizations, individuals and resources. He is also a local independent artist and filmmaker whose work addresses issues of racial apartheid, sexuality, gender identity and cultural revolution.
